Renxiaodong
the director of center, a professor of Guizhou Normal University, a researcher of Key-disciplinary research base for humanities and social sciences of guizhou university, a council member of Ecological Economy society of China，an alumni association coordinator of the project which named “the leadership of gobal environmental Sustainable Development management” in east and southeast Asia,He obtained his Master's degree of Ecology in 1990 and went on to obtain a doctor degree of Economics in Lanzhou university after obtained his another master’s degree in development management of Asian Institute of Management in 2001. His main research areas include Nature conservation and community development,social gender,and project management.He once chaired and participated in more than 50 items of international or domestic cooperative research projects, as well as more than 10 projects in training; and be consultant and evaluation expert for multiple projects. Up to now, he has Published more than 20 papers in journals at home or abroad.

HuangMingjie
a researcher of center, a senior engineer, also a cooperative researcher of Economic and Human Development Research Center in PeKing University. Currently he is the Diretor of Division of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation of Environmental Protection Bureau of Guizhou Province. In 1992, he obtained his master ‘s degree of Ecology, and in 2000 he got another master’s degree in development management of Asian Institute of Management, and now studing for a doctorate of Environmental Science in Renming university of China. His main areas of research is rural environmental protection, rural development. He once chaired and coordinated introduction of more than 10 international cooperation projects ,like the ‘International cooperation projects of Caohai participatory conservation and community development in poverty alleviation ‘, and was employed as training, consulting, assessment expert by multiple items. |

Rong Jianguo
a researcher of center, the director of Monitoring Division of foreign-funded projects Management Center in portety Alleviation Office of Guizhou Province. He has been engaged in the work of rural development and rural environmental protection for a long time, what’s more he had once chair and participated in many Foreign-funded portety alleviation projects, such as the World Bank’s " Poverty Alleviation Program in Southwest ", Japanese International Cooperation agency‘s"comprehensive poverty alleviation and development project in the way of ecological agriculture ", the Japanese yen loans projects which named " Environment and social development in Guizhou in Wuling Mountain of China " , the Ford Foundation’s “Demonstration of Cooperation for Rural Environment Protection and Poverty Alleviation in Guizhou Province”etc.

Jiang Boni
a researcher of center, graduated from the Department of Biology in Lanzhou university, bachelor degreed, later obtained his Master degree of International Development at Clark University in the United States. He mainly engaged in the work of renewable energy exploitation and clean energy research. Currently, he is a general manager of the company named cenergy , which main business include the development and utilization of coal gas, small hydropower, biogas as well as the the development of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects. Now ,he is responsible to the coal mine gas drainage and utilization projects in Guizhou, which funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Yang Congming
a researcher of center, In 1993 he obtained his master’s degree of Social Sciences of sustainable development in Chiang Mai University in Thailand. Currently works in General Office of Guizhou Provincial Government. He mainly engaged in rural development, natural resource management, Minority Traditional Culture studies. Publications include: "participatory development - Explore and Practice in Guizhou", "rational farming - Dade Miao Village Development and Change", " Training Manual for Forest Resource Conflict Management (Co-edited)", " Management in the rules and regulations of the village and Forest Resources ", published more than 30 papers in English or Chinese in the journal at home or abroad.

Guan Yuhe
a deputy researcher of center, obtained the master degreed of rural regional development. Currently he is a deputy researcher in rural development research center of Guizhou Academy of Social Sciences. His main research directions include rural ecological, environm.ental and resource issues, rural and regional development. He had once participated in "Sino-US cooperation project" in Caohai ,mainly responsible for the implementation of "Village Development Fund" and the "village plan" ,and rewarded the prise of outstanding contributions to individuals from the International Crane Foundation.Up to now ,he had chaired 2 research projects ,and participated in 8 projects(national and provincial), published over 20 papers.

a assistant researcher of center, obtained the master degreed of environmental science .Her main research field include environmental protection and community development, human activities and the karst environment.She Had once participated in many national key project and international cooperation research projects ,such as , the Ministry of Construction, "South China Karst declared World Natural Heritage", National "Eleventh Five-Year" key scientific and technological support program project on "Comprehensive remediation techniques and models for degraded Ecosystem in karst plateau”, University of Sydney co-operation project "the training of Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development Management in Guizhou ", the Ford Foundation funded project “ Demonstration of Cooperation for Rural Environment Protection and Poverty Alleviation in Guizhou Province”etc.
